Electronic Loads

Input up to 500V up to 1200W
Electronic Load - 6310

The flexible programmable DC load for constant current, voltage or resistance consists of a basic mainframe and up to four load modules. Different load modules are available, including one or two loads, each isolated and floating. They can be used either as a single load or in parallel. For easy use you can store up to 100 operating status to recall instantly from the front panel. These values can be constant or dynamic, i.e. transient load changes. Optional interfaces are available.

Input up to 500V up to 15600W
Electronic Load - 63200

The 63200 series are designed for DC power source, power electronic devices and components testing. The high power rating, parallel and synchronization capabilities make them the ideal tool for testing the high power UUT such as SMR, UPS, battery, and fuel cell. The 4 load modes setup provide different load simulations for various application occasions. The CC/CR modes are designed to test constant voltage type of power supply. CV mode is used to test battery charger and current source. And CP mode is ideal to test battery in order to simulate the real discharge curve of the battery.

Input up to 80V up to 400W
Electronic Load - 63600

The 63600 Series DC Electronic Loads are designed for testing multi-output AC/DC power supply, DC/DC converter, charger, battery, adapter and power electronic components and good for application in areas such as research and development, production, and incoming inspection.
The 63600’s state of the art design uses DSP technology to simulate non-linear loads using an unique CZ operation mode allowing realistic loading behavior.
The 63600 series can draw its rated current under very low voltage (0.8V typical). This unique feature guarantees the best loading performance to a low voltage power supply.

Input up to 350V (AC or DC) up to 4500W
Electronic Load - 63800 Series

The 63800 Series Electronic Loads are suitable for use at both AC and DC voltages; they are designed for testing uninterruptible power supplies(UPS), Off-Grid Inverters, AC sources and other power devices such as switches, circuit breakers, fuses and connectors.
The 63800 Loads can simulate load conditions under high crest factor and varying power factors with real time compensation even when the voltage waveform is distorted. This special feature provides real world simulation capability and prevents overstressing thereby giving reliable and unbiased test results.
Comprehensive measurements allow users to monitor the output performance of the UUT. Additionally, voltage and current signals can be routed to an oscilloscope through analog outputs. The instrument's GPIB/RS232 interface options provide remote control and monitor for system integration. Built-in digital outputs may also be used to control external relays for short circuit (crowbar) testing.

Input up to 600V up to 32000W
Electronic Load - ZS

The electronic loads of the series ZS are optimized for the practical use in laboratories, manufacturing and quality control. The devices are provided in the four voltage classes 60V, 120V, 300V and 600V.
The power spectrum contains models from 500W up to 25200W (air-cooled) and models from 8000W up to 32000W (liquid-cooled).
Extensive equipment options support an optimal adaptation to test projects.
The ZS Loads have excellent dynamic characteristics, and are ideal for pulsed loading applications.

Input up to 440V (AC or DC) up to 12600W
Electronic Load - ZSAC

The electronic loads of the series ZSAC are optimized for the practical use in laboratories, manufacturing and quality control. The ZSAC loads are suitable for use at both AC and DC voltages. The loads are provided in two voltage classes 260V and 440V. The power spectrum contains models from 400W up to 12600W and currents up to 50A.

The ZSAC loads have excellent dynamic characteristics, and are ideal for pulsed loading applications.

Input up to 400V up to 1500W
Electronic Load - PL series

The electronic DC load can be used for constant current or resistance or in dynamic operation switching in between two set values. With an optional remote control it can react as constant power. Two LED displays always show the actual value of voltage and current. Standard are analog outputs for input voltage, load current and power consumption. A IEEE488 or RS232 interface are optionally. Different models are available for continuous power from 500 to 1500W, usable with an overload up to 3 times for short period.
