Dual-channel Arbitrary Generator, 2x 0-10V, 5kPt
Arbitrary generator for the control of power supplies via analog interface.
The arbitrary generator provides two output channels (0-10V) to control the progress of voltage and current over time.
Using spread sheets or a text editor the control files can easily be prepared. The files are transferred into the arbitrary generator via USB. After that the AWG S1 operates independently from a PC. Each program step contains values for voltage, current and time. Time steps can be set from 1ms to 120h. Up to 5000 steps are allowed for a single program. About 500 programs can be filed within the AWG-S1.
I/O-signals are provided to start the programs of several AWG-S1 units sychronously.

These high efficient switched mode power supplies are designed to fulfil the requirements of industry, production test application, research and development. Due to the zero voltage switching technology transients and noise are reduced. Inserting an optional GPIB/IEEE488 or RS232 interface card it can be controlled by an external computer for remote control. For manual operation a 10-turn potentiometer and a 3-digit indicator each for voltage and current are inserted at the front. All units are small, lightweight and optimised for high efficiency and low heat generation.

The laboratory power supplies offer an adjustable and well stabilised output with very low ripple at a wide input range. As laboratory stand alone instrument or inserted in a 19" rack the output connectors are at the rear side or at the front. Manual operation and display of current and voltage at the front and interface RS232 or an analog input are standard for remote control. Optionally a GPIB-controller is available.
