Hochspannungsmodule - CA series

All models offer a very stable high voltage output with very low ripple for photomultiplier tubes, avalanche diodes, EO lenses and piezo devices or general purpose. The output can be programmed by an external voltage or potentiometer as well as calibrated by an internal potentiometer at the bottom of the housing. A voltage monitor provides the information of the output voltage for an external circuit.

Miniature, well regulated high voltage power supplies providing clean and reliable high voltage in a shielded, PC-mount package. Offering precision 0 to 100% programmability and very low ripple and EMI/ RFI, these cost-effective power supplies are ideal for integration into compact, sensitive equipment. The CB Series features current and voltage monitoring, built-in protection against programming overvoltage, and thermal shutdown. These modules come in a positive or negative output voltage of 10kV. Hochspannungsmodule - F series

This broad line of DC to HV converters with low ripple and noise provides high power at a small housing. They are build in a total encapsulated metal housing.
The isolated output allows for user selectable output polarity. An optional output center tap provides, when grounded, both positive and negative outputs.
These modules may be used e.g. for capacitor charging, spectrometry, lasers and lamp ignition and drive.

The FS series of isolated, proportional DC to HV DC 10W converters offers stout design and enhanced features for excellent long term reliability. Outputs ranging from 200 VDC through 6000 VDC are offered in miniature, PCB mount, metal packages.
The output voltage ist linearly proportional to the input with low <0.7V turn-on voltage. No minimum load current required.
High input to output galvanic isolation. Floating output models (0.2kV-4kV) with optional center tap; fixed polarity models for 5kV and 6kV.
SMART FEATURES: over-temperature and over-voltage protection with automatic shutdown and error code output.
Typical applications include: electrophoresis, piezo devices, capacitor charging, mass spectrometry, electrostatic chucks etc.

The GP Series is a line of miniature, DC to HV DC converters providing 0.1kVDCto 6kVDC, positive or negative, in a compact PC mount package. This line features low power consumption, making it ideal for portable, battery powered applications.
The isolated output is proportional to the input. A low noise quasi-sinewave oscillator and shielded transformer provide clean, reliable DC to HV DC conversion with low EMI and RFI.

A family of high performance high voltage DC to DC converters.
The HV output features protection against electrical shock according to EN/IEC 61010-1
when connected to accessible parts. The short circuit output current is being limited to <2mA under normal condition and <15mA under single fault condition.
The output can be programmed by an external voltage or potentiometer. It is directly proportional to the programming voltage, featuring excellent linearity.

The P Series of micro-power DC to high voltage DC converters feature extremely low ripple (0.05ppm) and low EMI/RFI due to a unique magnetic-free design. Very low power consumption and light weight, with a case height of less than 5.5mm, make these PCB mount modules ideal for portable, battery powered equipment.
Fully regulated and programmable outputs of 0 to 1200V or 0 to 2000V are available in positive or negative polarity.
A precision on-board reference and high impedance voltage programming input allow for easy plug-and-play designs and a simple configuration for full scale, fixed or variable output. The output voltage is linear to the programming voltage, from turn on to maximum output voltage, enabling easy low voltage control of the high voltage.
An output voltage monitor at a 1000:1 ratio is standard. Soft-start high voltage ramp-rates protect sensitive detectors to support long term reliability.
Ripple voltage of less than 100μV and extremely low EMI/RFI make this product ideal for integration into noise sensitive equipment. The P Series features a unique inductor/transformer-less design, grounded case and draws less than 4mA at full output.

Hochspannungsmodule - Q Serie

Ultra-miniature, I/O proportional HV DC/DC converters supplying up to 5,000 V in only 0.125 cubic inches and up to 10,000 V in only 0.614 cubic inches. These component-sized converters are ideal for applications requiring minimal size and weight.
The output is directly proportional to the input voltage and is linear from <0.7V input to maximum input voltage, allowing for an adjustable output voltage. Output is load dependent. Isolation is <±500V bias on output return. A control pin option allows full control of the output via a high impedance input, ideal for error-amplifier control in closed-loop systems.
No external components or minimum load are required. The output ripple is extremely low for this package size. Light weight and wide temperature range make these units ideal for portable, battery-powered equipment. Many models feature a center-tap option, which creates both a positive and a negative output from one miniature, low cost unit.

Hochspannungsmodule - RD Serie

RD series is a compact on-board type high voltage power supply series with high power, producing up to 6kV@30W. Original, high efficiency switching power conversion techniques allow high power in a very compact body.
In addition to its compact size, RD series provides a lot of convenient features for OEM design, including voltage and current monitors, output control by an external control voltage or potentiometer, and remote ON/OFF input.
The ripple on the output is quite low, contributing to more flexibility in designing.
Plastic case is available optionally.

Ideal for APD biasing applications, the SIP Series provides high performance in an ultra-thin, miniature single in-line package. Designed for low cost, high quantity applications, these DC to DC converters deliver high stability with very low ripple. The output voltage is programmable via a 0 to 5 volt analog voltage, such as the output from a DAC. This allows the user to temperature compensate the APD bias voltage with hardware or software solutions.

The HMD/HED series includes high voltage power supply modules with output voltages up to 6 kV in a compact and easily mountable metal housing (HMD) or in a 3U cassette (HED).
The maximum power is 12 W, polarity is switchable. The HV output is finished by HV cable (HMD version only) or by SHV connector. Depending on the version the supply and control voltages are connected either via a D-Sub 9 connector or an H15 connector. An internal reference voltage can be used to control the output voltage with help of an external potentiometer. Analog I/O is provided for remote monitoring and control.

Hochspannungsmodule - HME Serie

The HME/HEE series consists of DC/DC converters with 60 W and 150 W output power. The high voltage power supplies are offered in either a compact metal housing (HME) or in a 3U cassette (HEE 60 W version up to 10 kV).
Fixed polarity - positive or negative. State-of-the-art resonant converter technology results in high efficiency and low EMI. The modules of this series are equipped with a voltage and a current control with excellent parameters.
Control and monitoring is carried out via analog I/O.
Capacity charger (option C) with very low output voltage overshoot
Through customer specified modifications (e.g. small output ripple, reduced stored energy) these HV PS can be matched perfectly to special requirements.
For medium quantities the 150 W devices can be equipped with a Safety-Interlock loop option.

Remote programming as well as protection against arc and short circuit is integrated. The two series have different ranges of ripples.

Hochspannungsmodule - S Series

The S series is a regulated, versatile, modular HV power supply used in a wide variety of applications including mass spectrometry and electron microscopes. It can also be used as a power supply for CRT and X-ray tubes, electronic beam focussing, analytical and nuclear instruments as well as for high voltage testing.
Remote programming as well as protection against arc and short circuit is integrated. An output current monitor and an optional output voltage monitor is is provided.
5 different levels of output power are available: 1.5W, 3W, 6W, 15W and 30W.

Hochspannungsmodule - U3 Serie

These models are a low cost, low ripple high voltage power supply especially developed for photomultiplier tubes, DRT focus and biassing, ink jet printers, capacitor charging and high voltage testing. The output voltage is proportional to the input voltage. A Protection against arc and short circuit is build in. Both series differ in max. output value: 3W or 6W.
